The TOPA (m-UH9) is a submersible robot in Haimatsu Technologies' Universal Helper series.
Description[]
The TOPA is equipped with front lights and two antennas, and is powered by a small engine on its back. Remote piloting is not supported by the TOPA's complex intelligence.
Appearances[]
Simon Jarrett encounters several TOPAs on his journey through PATHOS-II, notably outside Lambda and a deactivated one near Omicron Substation 3. When the power is restored to Omicron, the robot comes back to life and floats around passively.
