Is it appropriate to call Akers a "crewman?" I believe his title was "Factor of Delta." This was the reason for tension between him and Strohmeier (Factor at Theta) and why, I believe, the Theta contingent believed Akers refused to relocate to Theta (thus leading to the requirement that he "fall in line" and the tense dialogue he had with Strohmeier (in the data buffer)).
